CLEVE CARES PROGRAM
HAVE FUN IN A CLEAN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT
Due to COVID-19, we’d like to inform you on all preventative measures being taken for your safety.
Our CLEVE CARES Program has been created to ensure you can have fun in a clean and safe environment. Below are several of the program elements we have implemented:
**Guests are required to wear masks at all times in public areas and practice social distancing**
Arrival/Departure Experience: We aim to limit your contact with our team members by modifying our lobby to ensure a safe distance for interactions. Every key card will be disinfected and sanitized with EPA-registered cleaning products. Guest folios will be emailed, and a key card drop box will be located within the hotel lobby. For everyone’s safety we are limiting access to public spaces and have reduced our hotel occupancy.
Room Cleanliness & Sanitation: Every guest room will be deep cleaned with hospital grade cleaning disinfectant and then sealed prior to guest arrival. Housekeepers will wear gloves and masks to ensure your safety as well as theirs. Each guestroom will remain empty for a minimum of 24 hours between guest stays. All linens will be washed with disinfectant detergents at high-heat temperatures. Social Distancing: We have designated one hotel entrance and exit, and our elevator capacity has been modified to accommodate one person or one family at a time. We will be enforcing social distancing by placing 6ft floor stickers and signage throughout our property for your safety.
Public Areas: We will be cleaning all high-touch point areas throughout the hotel with EPA-registered disinfectant multiple times a day. We have also placed sanitizer stations throughout the property for your convenience.
Food & Drink: Clevelander Kitchen & Bar is currently closed.
Screening and prevention support: All team members are being screened daily upon arrival and are required to wear masks at all times on property.
